Sing Sing Sing
I am bliss!
When confronted with a choice,
choose Bliss over Fear!
F Yeah! Chose bliss over fear!
Sing, sing, sing
Sing, I am bliss
This is song based on the concept of Sat Chit Ananda, a teaching expounded in ancient Sanskrit scriptures, which tells humanity that the nature of the world is bliss. So instead of focusing on self-created misery and negativity, the song offers the listener an option to change perception and realize bliss.
I am Bliss
It's we,
because of forgetfulness or ignorance, or because we have become unaware,
that we look at external objects as a means for happiness and believe that bliss lies outside the self!
Indeed, we go through life, not realizing that subconsciously we identify our inner beautiful infinite consciousness with limited objects outside, and in this process,...
and, as life hands over more and more disappointments and frustrations, one after the other, across time, we become more and more identified with outer things.
At some point, we will have to let go, and take care of one's inner happiness in the here and now!
This song is a wake up call for people to learn that the most precious spiritual resource is lying within, and it lies close, and is hidden in plain sight, and once we grasp this inner calm, we can easily face all the disappointments that world doles out to us with equipoise.
In truth, if we realize that bliss is inside, all kinds of fears, negative self talk, and insecurities can naturally disappear.
Sat in Sanskrit means Truth
Cit means Consciousness
Ananda means Bliss and Eternal Happiness.

Satchitananda (सच्चिदानन्द) is a compounded Sanskrit word consisting of "sat", "chit" and "ananda", all three considered as inseparable from the nature of ultimate reality called Brahman in Hinduism.
-
sat (सत्):In Sanskrit sat means "being, existence", "real, actual", "true, good, right", or "that which really is, existence, essence, true being, really existent, good, true".
-
cit (चित्):means "consciousness".
-
ānanda (आनन्द): means "happiness, joy, bliss", "pure happiness, one of three attributes of Atman or Brahman in the Vedanta philosophy".

Peel away layers of ignorance
Move from cross roads into crystal clarity
Sing, sing, sing
Sing, I am bliss
Hey! What's got your so down, Man?
Is it defense,
or is it the economy,
or is it the elections?
Or, is it South China seas?
We’ve got more serious issues than them…
Our problem is in
really learning how to stop
our self created misery,
especially in not knowing
that
Reality, as the Goddess on the lotus above, says,
is
Sat chit anananda
Sat chit anananda.
Bliss is everywhere
I am bliss
You are bliss
We are bliss
Reality is bliss.
So, stop participating in industrial consumerism
Stop fidgeting with more and more devices
And, with the rapidly dwindling, remaining time that we have
on planet earth,
Let’s learn to
Simplify,
Unclutter the clutter,
And, focus on the truth
of who we truly are –
Because we are bliss.
Believein the bliss.
When confronted with a choice
Choose bliss over fear,
Choose bliss over self-doubt,
Choose bliss over self-hatred.
And one last thing,
Don’t let no politician tell you that your bliss is illegal!
Or that your happiness is illegal!
Ha ha!! and one more last thing!!
Don’t let no tax man come and tax your bliss!
